Airline Adoption Fares
In my ways to find ways that my wife and I will be able to save money on adoption, I have come across that certain airlines have special adoption fares. According to page 3 of Haiti Adoption Brochure on the US Embassy in Haiti website from 2005, (http://haiti.usembassy.gov/uploads/images/QFRTyNSI2PtYrWcHppluYA/DEC05AdoptBrochure.pdf)
Air France has a daily flight from Miami, and in partnership with Delta Airlines, offers special adoption fares with open-ended tickets.
Northwest Airlines special delivery fares are as follows according to: http://www.nwa.com/features/adopt.shtml/

I have not found that American airlines offers any adoption fares, but when you are getting close to the day to fly you could always ask. From what I have read sometimes the adoption fares may be more expensive because they require you to buy the full fare ticket. But you may save some money on the one-way child ticket or due to the fact that the ticket is open in case you need to change your ticket plans.
