Our Haitian Adoption

Well as I got on the computer today after not being on for a day. And we found are great surprise for the month, some new pictures and what Steevenson has been doing the past month.

This month our theme for photo day was “Bedtime Babies”! It is quite a process in the nurseries to watch the nannies get all the kids ready for bed. The kids get their nightly bath, then they are diapered and powdered and dressed in their pajamas, smelling fresh and clean. Bedtime is one of my favorite times to go into the nurseries and see all the kids smiling up from their cribs. Your children are adorable in their pajamas, and I thought you might enjoy seeing them in their pajamas as well! I am also including a photo of your child sleeping with this month’s update. Enjoy!

Steevenson is doing very well, and he is a wonderful little baby! Steevenson is working on sitting, although he actually prefers to be in the crawling position. He will raise himself on all fours and would much rather be in that position than to sit on his bottom. It seems likely that Steevenson will, in fact, learn to crawl before he sits!

Steevenson is also a child who has definite preferences and he is very good at making those preferences known. Steevenson absolutely loves pureed fruit! He is not particularly fond of the baby cereal that he is fed and would much rather eat the fruit. At this point Steevenson will eat anything, including the cereal, if it has some pureed fruit in it!
